Dear Sir.
I find myself in the unfortunate position of having to email a very disgruntled customer complaint.
After searching web to source a gearbox for my Renault Scenic I found to my misguided delight the supposed correct gearbox from your company AUTO SPARES UK LTD.
After giving your sales rep my registration number to ensure it was indeed the correct one I was ensured it was and so made payment and the gearbox was delivered to the garage which was going to fit it for me Walkers autos ,Leeds only to find it was the wrong gearbox.
I phoned your company AUTO SPARES UK LTD and it was agreed your company would collect the gearbox and reimburse me.
They collected the gearbox and I have now phoned your company in excess of six times with regard to my reimbursement each time being told that payment would be made,it would take three days for it to reach my account or a cheque would be put in the post that day or they would check and see why I have not received my money yet all of which seem to be stalling tactics.
As yet no reimbursement when I phoned Wednesday last I was left on hold for 15 minutes was asked if I needed anything else as the chap on the phone could not give me a reason for the delays in reimbursement.
I am now in the precarious position of seeking possible legal advice with regard to a refund of monies paid.
I am hopping you may be able to help bring this matter to a close.

Total con. Experienced rogue. Persuades you to part with money by direct bank transfer for parts he does not even have. Same excuse that the office sort money back (which does not happen) Card machine not working is allways the same excuse. I am taking this to the courts, Fraud department and national television programe "X RAY".
I am taking this as far as is possible and will try and close the company down and hopefully get John (as he calls himself) put behind bars. We should not tolerate this kind of behaviour from anybody. We have worked for the money and not ripped innocent people off.
If we, the ripped off customers get together on this, we can achieve it. Get on board and close them down.
