Wallington Cars & Couriers Ltd in Cheam, Sutton

An absolutely unreliable and irresponsible approach to dealing with customers, feels as if they are doing you a favour by getting you a cab rather than it being their job. Ordered a cab from them well in advance, did not get a call or a text saying that the cab has arrived even though I clearly asked them to call me seeing as you can't hear the cars approaching when you are inside the house due to it being a private estate. After about 15 minutes of waiting I called them myself to find out about my cab, all I heard was a load of lies how they called and I didn't answer the phone even though the phone was next to me the whole time and there were no missed calls or texts about missed calls. When I asked them for another cab, I was told there were no more cabs available. Very disappointed, appalling customer service.
