Balmoral: Expensive. Very uncomfortable - no support from back cushions, which seemed under filled. Very poor quality fabric - grade C. Showed signs of wear after only 2 months. The springs feel prominent, which is a sign of a cheaply made sofa/chair (according to a Master upholsterer). Springs can not be felt on good quality well made furniture. Very disappointed. Wanted to return the furniture for refund but denied this by Housing Units of Oldham.
