Haris's News in Oxford

This shop is a newsagent shop with basic groceries. It has the potential to be a useful shop, given its location near the railway station, but this is undermined by obnoxious customer service. On two occasions, the shopkeeper charged a higher amount at the till for a can of drink than was labelled on the shelf edge and was then rude to me when I pointed it out. On the more recent occasion, when I challenged the amount given in change, he told me aggressively "Don't make problem" (sic), and then when I checked the shelf edge again and confirmed that it did indeed show a lower price than was being charged at the checkout, he told me "That's my problem". He had also asked "what do you want?" in a very rude tone of voice while I was browsing. Not to be recommended.
