Brambles Boarding Kennels in Herne Bay

I was worried sick about leaving my dog for the first time for an upcoming holiday so I decided to give Brambles Kennels a call. I was expecting and hoping for some reassurance and to have the whole process explained to me so I could fret a little less and know my dog would be in safe hands. However, I had to leave a message as the owner was busy, and this happened pretty much every time I called and the owners never got back to me. I had to do all the chasing and when I finally spoke to someone they showed absolutely no interest in my dog or my custom and when I asked if I could arrange a time and day to go and see the kennels for myself beforehand, they weren't even fussed if I brought the dog or not! Not surprisingly, I decided against using Brambles. I personally would not recommend as this is terrible service and a real shame.
