Capital Window Doctor in Chigwell

George Baldock undertook work to replace the windows at the war memorial that we have been renovating. He took the money for the job but did not complete the work and, to date, has refused to return the money. He lost a court case against him and we are having to retrieve the money through court bailiffs. AVOID!!
