The Lawn Turf Warehouse in Timperley, Altrincham

A case of 'twice bitten' by this firm I'm afraid.
Had a real grass lawn re-turf by them about 4 years ago and it disintegrated after 2 years!!
This was despite many calls to ask them to advise on what I should do, all I got was weak excuses, non-returned phone calls and a general lack of respect.
Despite this, I decided to remove the turf and have an artificial one laid. Clearly, I had not learnt my lesson. Thinking the same company would try a bit harder in terms of customer services, I decided to use them again, this time for the artificial lawn.
What a mistake!
They sounded very convincing and put me in touch with one of their sub-contractors who made a complete mess of the ground works. He never returned to rectify the issues and just disappeared leaving our garden unusable and dangerous. It has been in this state since April 2016.
Approaching the owner of the Warehouse Co after this debacle was a waste of time. Constant fobbing off, non-returned phone calls, visits to their garden centre - all of which resulted in them taking no responsibility for their sub-contractors sub-standard work. Clearly this firm are not bothered about health & safety.
