UK Mail in Glasgow

I was expecting a delivery since Thursday 18 Dec, promised again on Fri 19, then again today Mon 21. Still waiting 3 days wasted. When I phone or check the website I'm told its out for delivery. I stay less than a mile from their depot. I cant go and pick it up as it 'supposed' to be on the vehicle for delivery. I know this a busy time but this ridiculous. I've been told its ok we will leave it with a neighbour if you have to go out. That is not acceptable. If I could I would give UK Mail no stars.
