Arc Car Wash in Southend-on-Sea

Why 1 star? Because the car was quite clean and you can't give zero stars. Big mistake using this car wash ! Car only 6 months old and their pre wash with brushes by hand caused deep scratches to passenger window and windscreen . Edge of brush obviously rough and in poor state of repair to cause the damage it did. Happened on 2nd January and 11 months later we are still trying to get a repair. Fobbed off constantly by operator who talks over you and denies any liability, gives you misleading information to buy time, all letters to himself and their insurer signed for but ignored. Having to go down the route of taking them to court now , video evidence obtained after damage to our car contradicts the method that they state they use. Avoid if you value your car, if you have an old banger you probably wouldn't notice so go ahead at your own risk. Apparently Arc and Imo are well known for fobbing off car owners who end up with damaged cars, which is why people give up.
