Complaints about the workmanship: a few things left incomplete, a few unexplained dead wires hanging around, and the pipe work seemed excessive, maybe was needed. For some reason in addition to the removal of an electric shower, a bathroom fixture was also removed and we had to purchase and fit another one ourselves.

Most of our complaint with Basigas centre around the response - we phoned up multiple times and sent many emails asking for a quotation, but no-one got back to us. 3-4 weeks later we got a response after a previous customer phoned a known contact. It was claimed that it was due to us actually wanting to pay for a boiler rather than the government's free boiler scheme that we were missed, but when we later asked for a quotation for further work, they seems not interested in doing the work - no explanation given, just no contact.

I will never use their services again and would not recommend them at all.
