Ignore those key cutting shops that also do shoe repairs and even dry cleaning and passport photos, as Mr Ward is an unparalleled professional and the repair quality is incredible. I must have been going there for 15 years and I don't know what I will do when he retires.... I might have to move to Northamptonshire!
