Broadland Housing Association Ltd in King's Lynn

I have lived in my Broadland property for 23 years. I have worked and paid my own rent, unlike others, for most of these years. I have been offered new kitchen in past but refused as my partner and I paid out of our own pocket to replace it. Eventually, LAST JANUARY, I agreed that yes I would love a new Broadland kitchen, thank you very much. In feb this year I had a kitchen supplier round with samples and I chose the design and also had a printed design of how lovely it would look. STILL WAITING! And have been told it will be fitted between now and next APRIL!? Not good enough! Been going on now for 15 months! I dispair.
