Wirral Wheelchair Assessment Centre in Birkenhead

I have been waiting for the service to contact me since I was referred in June, I am absolutely desperate for a special needs buggy.
In order to go out and about or even get my son to school, it is vital I have a safe method of transport.
I struggle to go to the shops to get food in, with all the other issues surrounding my sons autism, I'd have thought this service, that is provided to elevate stress and support mobility to be more efficiently run.
I would have appreciated at least contact with promise of impending assessment of needs!!
