UPS in Newhaven

Booked a collection for between 9 and 1. Got a phone call saying the driver couldn't do it and the item would be collected between 3 and 5. It's now nearly 10 o'clock the next day and still...NOTHING!
What lousy service!

I had to go and pick up my parcel myself after twice waiting in vain for the delivery. UPS staffers told me courier claims I (we) ' refused' to sign / accept our parcel!! Needless to say I won't be using UPS again.
