Cozy Nites Bed Centre in Stoke-on-Trent

I am left completely embarrassed and annoyed. I had some family coming up to stay with me and I needed to get a bed. I drive past this place everyday on the way to work, so thought I would drop in to see what they had. To be honest it wasn’t great in the store however I was just after a cheap put me up bed and mattress. They confirmed delivery for the following week and I got a family member to wait in for the delivery… but no one turned up. After several calls to the company and one visit to the store again to speak with the manager. With no apology they agreed to re deliver a week later in the morning. I waited in all day and sure enough they did turn up, at 4pm. The van that came down the street was in such bad state of repair and must have been 60 years old. It was extremely embarrassing as I dreaded what they other people in the village must have thought. In the end I was not surprised to find the bed was heavily damaged and the mattress delivered wasn’t the correct size. I cancelled my order and bought one online from another store, which came the next day and professionally delivered to my room. It did take Cozy Nites three weeks to come and collect the faulty bed and mattress. Wish I never bothered.. Just buy online and elsewhere.

What a disgrace !!! This establishment is probably the worse place I have ever been to. The whole shop smelt like damp, there was dust and dirt everywhere, I don’t think a cleaning product has ever been used there. The beds and mattresses were dated and not very appealing. The adverts on the walls where that old you could barely make out what they were. The staff were rude, unhelpful and it took 15min for anyone to come down from the office upstairs to try and serve me. I will not be going back there again.

What an eye opener !!! I didn't know that business like this still operate. Utter disGrace. The staff are the rudest people I have ever met and smelt like they hadn't heard of a shower. The products are mediocre to say the least and they have no real sense of quality about them. I regretted walking in as soon as the door opened, however gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued with my enquiry. Needless to say I didn't buy through them and couldn't wait to get out of there. Absolutely terrible. Stay away !!!
