I would like to inform anyone who has 'Carys Lloyd' as a social worker, be WARNED! This person who has a duty to look after the best interests of Childrens welfare, infact puts children at risk. I had concerns for the safety of a child in the Llantwit area, who's mother was addicted to drug and spent the majority of the day comatosed. Carys social worker ignores this concern putting child at risk.
