Very poor follow-up service: - Broadland Thatcher were requested to conduct a thatchers report for the house insurance purposes. The report was very poorly written, inaccurate and vague. It was more like a 'touting for business'. Very unprofessional and despite repeated request to amend inaccuracies, we received no response. Report dated 29 November 2014
