Arc Car Wash (IMO) in Wisbech

I am a frequent visitor to your car wash in wisbech at your Cromwell Road site and it is usually ok but my last visit resulted in damage to my radio aerial where your operative bent it whilst doing his preliminary wash befor going into the wash, it is an automatic aerial it retracts with the ignition but he did not wait until I turned off the car and thus bent it with his brush, and he is a foreigner thus I got no sense from him, he would not give me a number to ring so please could you get in touch with me ASAP to avoid further action.
