Delayed item, ruined by cleaning process, no compensation or formal complaints process advised. Owner very rude and abusive. Lacks customer service skills.

I have always had first class service here with my tailoring and I wouldn't take my items anywhere else. They always pin every detail, then get you back after the first lot of stitching before the finial stitching takes place. Excellent service.

Poor service, lost merchandise, has offered money back, but two weeks later has failed to refund. Look to go elsewhere in future.
