There is no finer service for your loved ones, nothing was too much trouble for Jem, he even gave us his mobile number in case we wanted to see mum in the middle of the night....
Everything was expertly done for mum, with a sense of dignity and pride, it was just like he was looking after his own mum.
To find someone so passionate about his chosen profession was quite moving, it was the little unexpected touches that moved us the most.
