Northern Roofline in Stockton-on-Tees

If this site would have allowed me l would give this man no stars. Used Northern Roofline to replace my guttering in Jan 2015. One of the joints leaked asked him to fix it now Sept 2015 still not done. Rang him several times said he would not come to Hartlepool especially to fix my leak but would do it when next working here.Saw him working one street away asked when my leak would be done he said on his way home, did not turn up.Rang citizens advice told to write to him giving him 2 weeks to do the job or l would contact Trading Standards. On his fliers he does not put his address so rang him to ask for address and he refused to give me it. He asked why l wanted it so l told him, then he turned nasty on the phone, swearing at me and told me that he was not going to do my F------ repair. Not the behavior of a reputable builder, l have since reported him to Trading Standards in Stockton, avoid this man like the plague

I have had a similar problem as the above person.I also have had guttering done and its falling to bits.I rang hime to repair and he refused and now I am also going to trading standards. Do not use this service at any cost. I was also verbally threatened which wont have any effect on me and the police have been informed too.
