I had a really bad experience with this cab company. They clearly forgot my booking and intend of apologising and owning up they kept telling me they would be there in 2 minutes. Twenty minutes later they still hadn't arrived. When you pre book a cab it is for a reason and a specific time.

After ringing the company they then hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. An extremely unprofessional and rude outfit.
