I have just paid £52 to have a new starter pulley fitted and a new breather pipe fitted to my strimmer. The pulley has not been fitted and the company will not provide me with an detailed invoice so I have no idea what the £52 was for. Tried to complain only to be laughed at by a very rude man. Strimmer now does not work.
