Fine when they come out, however their work is awful and after service non existent. Don't be conned by the Sunny Days glossy flyer and promise of their work being guaranteed. They refuse to return my calls, will not even look at their work which has failed. Wouldn't ordinarily take the trouble to review a business but heard recently that a neighbor in her 70's has had a similar experience, can't get a reply, no chance of getting her money back and now has to save up again to put the work right and have the job done properly. Shocking - steer clear and tell your friends. They give cowboys a bad name.

Dreadful building company. Initial inspection and quotation is fine but don't be fooled by this and the leaflet promising guaranteed work. The work carried out externally on my property failed in two places causing further damage. The company would not return any of my calls - the work has been inspected by a professional builder who's said that Sunny Days efforts were 'completely sub-standard'. You have been warned....
