DPD in Croydon

My parcel was delivered on time and I was able to track it with no problems.
I've also used their desk to desk service once and was perfect. I now trust DPD for my delivery needs.

Terrible service, after paying extra for a particular day they tried to deliver my goods to someone else's house (And that's not the first time DPD have done that for an order of mine).

After calling up their customer service and being told they would re-range delivery for that day, after which nothing came and they wouldn't take any calls for me.

Thank you for wasting my time and money DPD.

Good courier, staff is always polite and they do not rush into your office/house very rudely like other couriers do. Apart from the service itself, I am becoming more and more appreciative of a bit of 'human touch' in companies, which for whatever reason DPD seems to have compared to similar services, at least based on my own experience.

I must say this is good and reliable delivery company, I've used them several times and always got what I was expecting, parcels arrived on time, by 10am or noon the next working day.
They also offer a convenient Saturday service.

I contacted DPD as my delivery appeared to have a slight delay, their customer service was excellent and the problem was solved in no time.

This is absolutely the worst courier service with no regards to customer service. I bought some items online and paid for them to be delivered on the 23rd at my work place because I need them for the 24th which is today only to see that they have been delivered to the depot in Croydon instead of my work place in Clapham Junction. They have absolutely no regard for inconveniences they cause to others. I am seriously contemplating taking legal action if my parcel is not delivered the latest today...
