This was a job from a few years ago, but David and co were putting in a number of new tie bars into my roof - it's a very old property. The structural engineer who came to sign off the work couldn't believe how well they'd done it, and without having to take down the ceiling of the room below to gain access. This meant that the work was far less expensive for me, and caused no disruption. To deal with as people, these guys were great and I'd recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone!
