Many years ago Jane Zatman hypnotised me a number of times to help with stress related issues: she was very warm and professional - no hard sell, just calm explanation of what would happen, plus a very careful review of my circumstances.

By the time we actually began the hypnotherapy I was so comfortable with it all that it just seemed to happen, and the whole experience was interesting and quite enjoyable. It certainly did me a lot of good, and the self-awareness, knowledge, and skills gained have proved very helpful and useful ever since. It was not at all "creepy" or weird, just very natural and easy.
