Footprints Day Nursery Ltd in Ashford

My daughter has been with this nursery for almost 3 years, my feedback is that this nursery is OK for the baby room and 2-3 age group however we did not feel that efforts were being in 3+ room to introduce children to the reading, writing skills nor we got get told what the early years milestones are and how the nursery adheres them with what action plan etc.
We would recommend the staff on the ground but the push from management to staff was lacking we felt. We and other parents also came across number of invoicing issues with the director who we only found good at sidelining issues we reported to her. The NEG funding in some invoices had to be queried and we had to spent time in the evenings to rework the invoices due to the issues we found with calculations and formatting of the invoices. On the positive note, as I already said the staff on the ground are friendly and nursery setting offers good outdoor space as well as internal.
