WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. After very stormy weather we had some roof damage. We are an elderly couple (74 and 80), recently moved to this area, with no knowledge of recommended tradesmen. This company gave us a convincing resume of the work needed, were quick to do the work they suggested, were paid promptly, and gave us a detailed invoice with a 5 year guarantee. Obviously not worth the paper used! Shortly after, we could see a fault and contacted them. After more than 7 weeks we are still waiting for a visit, even after a recorded delivery sent (received and signed for) over 2 weeks ago. Often we could get no reply from their advertised phone numbers. We finally had to call on another (recommended) tradesman who spent 6 hours repairing the faults – broken tiles, loose tiles, ill-fitting tiles (which we had been assured were identical to the original) loose cement, areas not protected from the elements. We showed him the detailed invoice and in his opinion the cost was excessive. His bill was a fraction ( 5% ) of the amount ARB charged us.
