M6 Furniture in Haydock, St. Helens

Awful company! We have bought a garden hanging chair from them, that meant to be weather proof. It started to rust away within a week and we have been trying to get it replaced ever since. It has been over 5 weeks now and they just keep coming up with new excuses each time we call them, for why they haven't exchanged the chair yet. The owners are liars and I can't see it getting replaced or refunded. Plus, they want you to pay cash only!!! We have now reported them to trading standard and are sending a letter before court action. Stay away if you can!
