Wise Owl Electronic Security Systems in Ramsbottom, Bury

This company installed an alarm on our property last year. The price was high. I recently decided to contact another company to add an extra device to the alarm that wise owl fitted. Wise Owl had locked the alarm rendering it unusable by any other engineer. They then offered to unlock the alarm providing I agreed to a long term maintenance / service plan with Wise Owl.

I am now going to have to send the alarm (still under warranty 12 months) to the manufacturer and then pay for a new installer to re program the alarm sensors. This is somewhat disappointing but I would rather do that than be tied into a company who it would appear make it almost impossible to change engineer/servicing.
