James Hay Heat Scotland Ltd in Stirling

After weeks and weeks of visits, waiting back and forth plus phone calls, the final time he came out the circuit board "broke" (which he didn't tell us and cost nearly £500 to fix!) and then left us without heating for 4 days (with a newborn baby). When we called to complain and if he could get it fixed asap he said he can't be bothered with us complaining and to get someone else!! Totally unreliable, would not recommend this company.
