UK Mail Ltd in Severn Beach, Bristol

I was expecting a delivery today between 12.00 and 4.00 and arranged for neighbor to be here when I was out. I came to 4.00 and I looked on website to see that the status had not changed all day... so I telephoned only too be told that my parcel had not even left the depot, so I arranged for delivery tomorrow even though I am not here, same time, only too be told that it is at the drivers discretion if he wants to leave the parcel with my neighbor, but if I want delivery on Saturday it is up to me to contact the company.

I bought my item from and for them to arrange with UK Mail to pay extra money. UK mail are at fault, so why should we all be out of pocket when they are not fulfilling the original delivery.
No wonder they are closing their depots if they are doing business like this!

I expected a delivery from UK Mail on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th and today 19th June, I stayed in ALL day on those days. I was promised the parcel I am expecting would be here today by 7pm, well what a laugh that is, who is playing football tonight, yes that's right England. I suppose the England match is more important than delivering my important parcel.
