Auto Finesse in Mere, Knutsford

Appalling service. Lied to me repeatedly about ordering a piece that they evidently never intended to order. Kept telling me to come back to have it fitted only to be told that the person in charge had to rush off site or that the piece had not actually arrived yet! Was once told to come back on a specific day at a specific time only to find the garage closed as the owner had gone on holiday! Made the mistake of paying them upfront; asked for a receipt I never got. They also further damaged my car by fiddling with the electrics in the door (child lock and driver's window don't work anymore) and were unable to repair it. 2 years on my car has still not been fixed (only a quick coat of paint) and I am £200 lighter. Avoid at all costs.

Hi wonderful service took the car in with small fault gave it back with bigger faults and charged money to get the car back faulty I recommend this garage to any retard that visits it! You can actually smell the bullshit from knutsford ! I would have got a better result taking the car to Greggs
