This company is absolutely no good for new business ecommerce deliveries. This is based upon the fact that you must open an account with them before they will give you any delivery prices whatsoever; furthermore if you cannot give them a projected number of deliveries you will be making i.e. you have a projected number of sales you will make over the coming 12 months you cannot do any business with them! We hope that we get really big and will take great pleasure in turning them down and treating them in the same way! No amount of apologies would enable us to use this company now. Good luck TNT with your short sighted outlook, because new/small business can grow, you were small once upon a time!
