i would say that customer service is not high on the list for this firm. After completing the erection and removal of scaffolding several tiles were broken and more than several dislodged.
I contacted the firm to be told that this was not their responsibility and that they would not repair of replace.They further stated that if they repaired damage caused at all their jobs they would not make any profit.I would never employ this firm again.
