Would not recommend this man! His guarantee means nothing! Having finished my walls, railing and gates I stood back to admire. Listening to very favourable comments from the neighbours. That was in August 2015. Having spent around £5000. By the end of the month I had the runner for a very large sliding gate lifting. A visit was supposed to have sorted it out. By the start of October it was lifting again along with a problem with the hydrolic return on my pedestrian gate & the retainer catch fallen off ! Was supposed to have been soldered on! Having given until now (Feb 2016) and several phone calls, messages and e mails without success. I have not even had a return call let alone a visit to put what should be minor details right. I feel that I am left with no alternative than this. I have now paid extra for the runner to be repaired as the sliding gate has come off altogether once which is very heavy and dangerous! Still nothing sorted with the pedestrian gate. Mrs June Whalley.
