To be honest, if I could give 100 stars, I would…!

I needed alterations on four voile panels; knowing that type of fabric would be unforgiving if the job wasn’t done properly. Anne was quick to respond to my enquiry, keeping everything simple for me, and totally grasped what I was looking to achieve.

Anne instantly made me feel comfortable, so the job was hers. Her knowledge and expertise was evident, I dropped the panels to her, and I knew I’d made the right choice. I had to make a change literally a day before she was to start my project. Anne ran with my idea, and helped iron out the sticking points.

To say I am pleased with the end result, is an understatement. Beyond my expectation, and completely loving my new drapes, is closer to the mark.

Anne looked after me, from start to finish. She offers suggestions and guidance without being pushy.
