JT Egginton Ltd in Gornal Wood, Dudley

I have used this chemist for about 6 years now mainly for a elderly couple who live close by. Ive never been in a chemist before and had the customer service that you get from every single member of staff who work at eggingtons chemist. They all go out of their way to make sure you get help and advice on whatever ailment you have. Ive even been in for things they don't have and theyve ordered it in for me special. Its very rare for people to point out the good in people but you will always get people quick to point out the bad and i would recommend anyone to shop at this chemist as i stress it is the best by a mile that I've ever been in.

I have lived in Lower Gornal for just over 2 years. During this time out of respect of my husbands wishes to remain loyal to Eggingtons pharmacy I continued to use their services. I would rate the service by the majority of the staff there to be good. There is although one female member of staff who has always appeared 'off' with me whenever I was served by her. On one occasion following a visit to the GP feeling extremely ill, this person was extremely rude and have me a telling off in front of other staff and customers for items that I had forgotten due to my illness to collect. I was embarrassed and extremely distressed by this poor customer service attitude. I will not be using this pharmacy again and will ensure all people I speak to know about it. I now use another pharmacy close by who are professional and caring and due to my illness have delivered my medication to my home.
