Hungarian National Tourist Office in London

I have been trying to contact the Hungarian Tourist Board in London for several weeks by phone. It rings and rings then I get a message saying the call cannot be answered. Once, someone did answer and I asked for information to be sent to me, the lady took my details and promised to post it to me. That was 4 weeks ago and I'm still awaiting. This is absolutely diabolical service!!
