More than not impressed. I ordered a tool cabinet from a firm in Somerset, in was dispatched. I assume it was delivered to the wrong address as it was signed for.

A replacement was dispatched and a delivery date was arranged but did not arrive, a further three dates and still no delivery. On the third date I phoned to ask where my parcel was as the day was all but gone, I was told I was stupid as deliveries where still taking place an it was on lorry.

Later I received a phone call to arrange another delivery date as my parcel was still in their yard. Finally after two months it has arrived.
