RBF Installations Ltd in Basildon

RBF Installations carried out an extension on my home, i have known the builder personally for 5 years before and thought them to be a reputable company. Work was contracted for 8-12 weeks starting in july 2014 and from the start we were given every excuse possible for delays and them not turning up for work, they started another job while they should have been working on our house and this carried on throughout the build, and work was not done correctly or on time. This caused my wife and i so much worry and stress that it led to my wife suffering a heart attack just before christmas, even after all this we were promised that the job would be completed only for them to take the rest of the money and leave us with an unfinished job and no money left to complete it, i would strongly advise people considering using them to think again.
