James Spencer & Co. Ltd in Wilsden, Bradford

This company charged and held 2 lots of money for the same order which caused my account to have insufficient funds for a direct debit. I was then told that I should have had more money in my account, and if I did, this would not have happened!!! The awful woman called Helen, then did not believe me, despite me recording a conversation with my bank and playing it back to her. She went so far as to make me call the bank again for a 3 way conversation. She then hung up the phone on me and so did another one of her colleagues when I called up. Do not use this company or order anything from them at all, unless you want more money taken out of your account than what you paid for.
