Apparently pleasant people but if they tell the truth and charge fairly that would be better.
I had broken the socket on the back of the car where you plug in a caravan. It needed the socket replacing. They said they could do it but there was a minimum charge of 30 min labour (about £30).
They took it into the workshop where I could not see them and I waited. After about 15 min the receptionist said the wires were too short but they could extend them. Another 15 min and she said there two separate wires instead of a single one and they were having trouble with the colour codes.
I sat there listening to the receptionist telling someone on the phone that they were trying to diagnose what was wrong with their car and the troubles they were having, I could see it parked outside with no one working on it. Finally after about an hour waiting I was presented with a bill for £87 and told it was an hours labour for 2 men. I should have asked how 2 men managed wire up a single socket.
When I got home I looked underneath, the wires had not been extended as there was already several inches of slack and 2 min on Google told me the colour code for wiring a 13 pin caravan socket with 2 wires. All they had said was lies.
