Bedtime Ruislip Manor in Ruislip

All fine until something goes wrong. Brand new mattress delivered with damage to the corner edge whereby the tray that holds the springs was dented and pushed out. Initially agreed to replace (obviously), then when the owner returned from hols said no, what the chap in the store had said was wrong. He had to have a look first. So he came along to view it at our home and said that even though it is damaged it is still serving the purpose of being a mattress so he won't exchange it! Well... a car new from the showroom is still a car but if the bumper had a dent in it you'd probably not be happy! Very difficult to deal with and became very rude when confronted.
