Alford Plastics in Sutton-on-sea, Mablethorpe

IF you are looking for a good service with good fitting doors and windows, don't buy here, had complete front to a shop done October 20012, by April, double doors were completely out of line, couldn't close and lock them without a struggle, they sent a guy out 3 or 4 times who spent maybe 10 minutes each time, it did NOT do the job, after that they gace up, it took till end Sept 2013 to get Alford windows to get the manufactures to come check it out, and try put right what was wrong, they made an improvement, but still a bit that broke off the bottom on one of the doors is still missing, this happened on one of there visits to put it right!
Very disappointed as wanted to keep local, many, many phone calls with some replies, all promising to do something, but only did when I got legal advice.
Shame no need for this treatment, needless to say I will never buy from them again, be warned.
