I went to Klasse Spa today with 3 friends and it just went from bad to worse.
To start with it took us 6 seperate phone calls to book in and for you to get the information correct. When we arrived today we were taken upstairs after paying 5 pound each for our gown and slipper hire (we expected we would be able to keep slippers after because of hygiene reasons but no), oh well, we were shown the 3 tiny rooms you have available and the 1 foot spa because 1 was not working. These rooms and foot spa were to be shared between about 20 people. So we queued and queued for the rooms (boring) I wanted a shower before my back massage but found 1 shower with see through glass in the comunal changing room and if the door opened anyone could see me even males walking past, this is not acceptable.
Finally me and friend went for our relaxing massages, oh how mistaken we were! We were given a deep tissue massage instead of the relaxing one we should have had. This was painful and afterwards when we got up we were sick and dizzy, I had to go home straight to bed, I was that ill. The therapist never spoke in the room only to say have a drink of water when we had finished (very unprofessional) I had another treatment booked which I had already paid for and could not have because I was so ill from the massage. I told an assistant this and she said you must be dehydrated and gave me a drink and a biscuit and asked what I had had done. It should have been a swedish massage NOT a deep muscle one. But no one was interested and did not seem bothered that I had missed out on a treatment I had paid for, or that I was ill. I have been to many spa days and never ever experienced anything as bad as this. And to have the wrong massage which made me sick and dizzy is awful. Also on a final note Klasse Spa advertises their ice room, it's a sink with ice in, come on talk about false advertising.
