I have been a customer for some time and have been amazed at how poor the service is. Take my advice and read your contract (3 years in some cases) very carefully. You will almost certainly be dissapointed with the lack of communication from anyone there if a problem arises, in my experience they just lied to get rid of me. Can't wait to leave them.
