Ron Law Central Heating Services Ltd in Southport

When our boiler developed a fault an engineer from Ron Law Heating was sent to help under our Homeserve cover. Before he arrived I checked the fault code in the boiler manual which told me that the boiler air pressure switch was faulty and my wife passed on the information to the engineer. He concluded that the boiler needed a service and appeared to dismiss our claims. I trusted his judgement and waited 4 days (cold days) for the service to be done. After servicing the boiler (different engineer) it still didn't work and finally the engineer discovered it did need the air pressure switch replacing. He replaced the switch without consulting us and added £50+ to the bill. I disputed this with the lady in the office who is clearly in desperate need of some customer service training and she said we had to pay. I did not. I would not recommend this company.
