House Of Serenity Funeral Services in London
House Of Serenity Funeral Services
Burning dead baby body parts in the ally behind the shop, hardly what I call professional, and yes other shop keepers reported them to the council about this. And constantly fly tipping at the back of the shop and creating a huge fire hazard out side my property and then lying to my face about when it will be cleaned up. Loud noises between 9pm-6am when people drop off dead bodies, very considerate of residents/property owners who have been here much longer than house of serenity (the name alone makes me laugh when you hear the amount of noise they make). I mean if you think that's the sort of service you want then go ahead and use them, I'm sick to death of them since they started here.
To add to my review, on 23/12/14 I asked the owner to remove the trash as I had people coming for Christmas (at this point it had already been sitting there for 2-3 weeks) she lied to my face and said it would be done on that day. 2 weeks later the trash is still there with more added. On the 5/1/15 I tried to talk to one member of staff, he blanked me and closed the back door in my face. I went round the front (I was irate due to her staff being muppets) with a raised voice I confronted her about the situation. She called someone and said it would be cleared today, today I explained if it isn't cleared I will move it to outside her front door, she replied she would just move it back. 50% was cleared, 50% was moved closer to her back door, which is still unacceptable (why she couldn't keep it in her premises until collection is beyond me).
Today (9/1/15) I placed all the trash that this establishment have been dumping outside my property outside their front door. After which I was called a "P****" by one of the staff who then proceeded to run inside the shop and hide after I offered him out. They then proceeded to call the police and accuse me of threatening behaviour. Whilst the officers were talking to us, the owner decided to threaten me in front of the police with the line "I know where you live".
Are these the sort of people you want handling your dead relatives?
The fact is that they are breaking the law by not having a blue commercial bin for commercial refuse. They are also breaking the law by fly tipping all the trash (empty coffins come in massive cardboard boxes with polystyrene) from their establishment. The council have been informed. And I will be seeing my local labour party councillor tomorrow to further proceedings against these filthy people.
So ask yourself, are these the sort of people you want handling your dead relatives?
